Our pop-up created a natural space for open, positive conversations. Each summer, Tinder welcomes a class of interns for our 12-week immersive Tindership program, with the goal of empowering growth, professional skill building, and real-world experience. A culminating project for our interns is the annual Tindership Hackathon, which brings teams together to tackle a selected problem and present their pitches to a panel of judges for the chance to win. This year, we had 16 interns working in four teams to propose new ways of making the next generation of singles excited about the possibilities of online dating!
