Let’s be real, change is inevitable when running a clinical trial. Things may not always go the way you plan and that’s okay - it’s about adapting.

Issues with speed and quality of study activities arise when there is poor fragmentation across systems and study teams. Working with a CRO that has the tech capacity to quickly share data and implement changes as well as personnel who can act fast is absolutely crucial to avoiding delays in study milestones when the unexpected happens.
