Meet Melissa! As a Seeding Supervisor in our PA greenhouse, she plays a crucial role in overseeing our seeds from germination to harvest. One of her favorite aspects of working at Little Leaf Farms is the daily challenge of learning something new and striving to exceed goals. Her greatest accomplishment has been fostering a culture of teamwork among her colleagues.
