OnesToWatch took over our LA and NYC offices last month with WE Nation and Live Nation Women for a special showcase featuring emerging female artists and female-founded brands. 

Throughout March Live Nation Entertainment employees celebrated Women's History Month globally alongside Live Nation Women and our Employee Resource Group, WE Nation, under the theme “Power of the Collective”. This theme emphasized the importance of allyship and a collective effort in promoting gender equity. The month was marked by empowering events, discovering new artists, and partnerships that honored women's histories and those shaping the future.

Recently Live Nation Entertainment's Beverly Hills office gathered with Live Nation Women and WE Nation for a lunch celebrating Women’s History Month. Abbey Andrian, VP of People Operations & Programs, guided a powerful talk on overcoming societal pressures related to image and appearance, encouraging everyone to fully embrace their authentic selves.

During a panel at SXSW Hans Schafer, SVP of Global Touring, and Jon Lieberberg of Baron Management discussed the growth of live music and how cultural shifts are expanding global audiences, particularly with Latin artists such as Kali Uchis, Bad Bunny and Los Bukis. 
 
"When Los Bukis reached a successful stadium tour, others came too, and now we see more Latin artists doing stadium tours and shows.” — Schafer, on the beginning of Latin acts doing US stadium shows for the first time in music history.

We recently welcomed SoLa Impact students to the Live Nation Beverly Hills office to explore careers in live entertainmnet with an office tour, exploration panel, and networking event. Through our ongoing partnership, we are training and inspiring the next generation of industry leaders. Thanks to everyone who made this event a meaningful exchange of ideas and connections.
