Its group company, LOGISTEED Central Japan, Ltd. has completed the “Atsuta Logistics Center” which was under reconstruction in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. The center will start operation on July 12.
	 
This center is a multipurpose general logistics center that can meet the diverse logistics needs of client companies, located in a prime area with easy access to major roads, within 5km of central Nagoya, and about 18km from Nagoya Port. It incorporates solar power generation, LED lighting, and EV charging facilities, aiming to provide logistics services with low environmental impact by reducing greenhouse gas (CO2) emissions and improving energy efficiency.

LOGISTEED, Ltd. is pleased to announce that the commencement of a validation experiment aimed at improving truck operation rates through tire pressure and temperature management in collaboration with Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd. (Sumitomo Rubber) starting from July 2024.
This time, we have introduced Sumitomo Rubber’s “Tire Pressure and Temperature Management Solutions,” which monitors tire pressure and temperature and notifies of any anomaly, into the vehicles owned by our group, and have started a validation experiment aimed at improving truck operation rates.

Exciting news! On August 1, one of our group companies, LOGISTEED Kyusyu, Ltd. has established the “Ogori Logistics Center” in Ogori City, Fukuoka Prefecture and started operation. 
 
This is a logistics center that aims for highly efficient operation together with LOGISTEED Collabonext, Ltd., which has strengths in the cosmetics platform business. By actively introducing automated equipment and combining them with our uniquely developed system, the RCS (Resource Control System) to generate labor-saving effects. In addition, the center is equipped with a hazardous materials warehouse to meet our customers' needs for enhanced compliance. Furthermore a portion of the electricity is supplied by renewable energy sourced from solar panels, reflecting our group’s commitment to environmentally friendly logistics center operations.

LOGISTEED, Ltd., supports the activities of the non-profit organization, Nippon International Soap Box Derby, which aims to popularizes the Gravity Car Race.  

We are pleased to announce that we are sponsoring the participation of the Japanese national team in the All-American Soap Box Derby Championships holding in the U.S. in July 2024. Our LOGISTEED VANTEC Nippon soap box car will run in the race.

Soapbox Derby is a general term for car races using zero-emission cars and run down slopes by only the gravity of the earth to compete for speed. In 1933, born in the United States, and the race has been held every year in Akron, OHIO for 90 years, sponsored by major automobile and tire manufacturers.
