LOT Summer Internship trainees have begun their adventure at our headquarters.

Over the past few weeks, they have been adapting to their new roles through various onboarding activities. The interns visited Warsaw Chopin Airport, exploring the facility and experiencing LOT Polish Airlines' passenger services firsthand.

To aid their adaptation, we arranged workshops covering intergenerational communication and Agile methodology, among other topics. This programme's success is due to the dedication of our HR team, who selected the top 55 candidates from over 5,000 applications.
