Kathleen began her journey at Lincoln as a corporate receptionist after graduating from college. Through her interactions with executives, she developed a keen interest in the industry. Eager to gain hands-on experience in construction, maintenance and tenant solutions, she requested and was granted the opportunity to work on-site as a property administrator. Her dedication and hard work have since propelled her to the role of Assistant Property Manager.
 
Kathleen offers valuable advice for emerging professionals: "If you're passionate about something, make sure people know it. Don't be afraid to make your voice heard. When you have an idea, share it confidently. Speaking up and seeking guidance are key steps towards achieving your goals."
