Today, the FCA has published its changes to the UK listing regime following extensive consultation with the market. 

Commenting on the new rules Dame Julia Hoggett, CEO, London Stock Exchange plc, said:

“We congratulate the FCA on delivering the largest set of reforms to our listing rules in decades. It has been heartening to see how the entire ecosystem has come together to achieve this ambitious objective. Discussions centred around the use of advanced technology and related risks, the 2024 Global Internal Audit Standards and UK Chartered IIA combined Code of Practice; and the role of Internal Audit in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting.
