Lyka is a Sydney-based pet wellness startup that focuses on providing fresh, nutritious, whole food ingredients for pets' meals. The company was founded in 2018 by CEO Anna Podolsky and integrative veterinarian Dr. Matthew Muir, with the aim of offering high-quality and healthy pet food options to health-conscious pet parents.

At Lyka, we take a preventative, holistic and personalised approach to pet care. 

We look at the full picture, factoring in the diet, lifestyle and environment of each individual animal. We don’t stop at symptoms, instead we dig for the root cause. 

We create nutrition plans unique to each dog, because it’s not just about living longer, but living well too.

Our mission is to double the average lifespan of dogs. When we can share a full life with our dogs, we've done our job.

Employers are struggling to motivate workers to come back to the office. I have an idea that might help - Let employees bring their dogs to work!

We need to turn the workplace into somewhere people enjoy spending time. Having lots of puppers roam the office can boost morale and make the office a more fun place to spend the day.

I truly think dog-friendly offices are the future for Aussie companies. But how does it impact productivity? And what about the workers who aren't dog people? Read my article below, where I address these topics.

On Friday, we officially celebrated moving into our new Sydney HQ.

We started with a morning yoga session before the team got their hands dirty making body scrub with recycled coffee grounds 🧘
