Chef Edgar Rico of Nixta Taqueria recently joined us in the Made In Studio to share his recipe for Mexican-style Steak Au Poivre. Chef Rico won the James Beard Award for Best Emerging Chef in 2022 and was named one of Food & Wine's Best New Chefs in America in 2023—and we are so proud to call him a Made In customer.
