Tony joined Main Event in December 2019, starting in service and bar roles before advancing through various departments. He became AGM in September 2023, also overseeing the culinary department. He is especially proud that during his time as AGM and culinary manager, he promoted two leads, as well as a shift supervisor to culinary manager. This passion for developing others is exactly what makes Tony a great leader and poised to continue developing future leaders for the Tulsa center. Outside of work, Tony is a family man with a wonderful wife, Megan, and two active boys, Benjamin and Henry. Tim brought that knowledge and passion to our industry in 2017 as the Food and Beverage Manager for Summit Entertainment. He has continued to grow and develop with Main Event after our purchase of the Summit group in 2022. As the AGM of our Colorado Springs location, Tim was integral in transitioning brands and leading his people through those changes at a high level. When Tim isn’t leading his team, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters and 9 grandchildren. Steve joined Main Event in October 2023 as the Assistant General Manager for the Murfreesboro NCO. Over the last year, Steve’s passion for leadership and love for creating memorable experiences has helped catapult him to this next chapter. Outside of work, Steve is all about speed – where it’s cars, motorcycles, or boats – if it’s fast, he wants to drive it! He is also an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys hiking, fishing, or just a lazy day on the lake. Steve is not one to shy away from a big challenge like a good DIY home improvement project. He has been married to his wife, Heather, for 24 years and together, they have one daughter, Haily, who recently married and made them empty nesters. Brian has provided strong leadership and developed many leaders during his time with us and we look forward to him continuing to help Main Event drive success in his new role. Brian joined the Main Event family in January 2023 and has quickly made an impact within his region. Prior to joining Main Event, Brian spent most of his restaurant career within operations for On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina. At On The Border, Brian’s focus on building high performing teams and driving results helped him advance to Regional Vice President of Operations. In 2021, Brian joined Dickey’s Barbecue Pit as Vice President of Emerging Businesses to lead their Virtual Concept Department where he helped develop, market, and ultimately grow their three virtual concepts. Brian is an LSU alum and in his free time, you will find him cheering for both LSU and the Saints (although his enthusiasm for the Saints has quickly diminished this year).
