Xora Innovation Cavallo Ventures Wilbur-Ellis Rice Investment Group

Last month, the Lewis Latimer Fellowship Program, an organization dedicated to providing special access and mentorship to a select group of exceptional Black innovators, hosted the Lewis Howard Latimer Memorial Program in Fall River, MA. 

The commemorative occasion celebrated the life and legacy of renowned inventor Lewis Latimer, whose vast scientific contributions to modern society were largely unrecognized during his lifetime. 

Latimer's inventions accelerated the development of light bulbs, air conditioning, infrastructure, elevators. Our Managing Partner Carmichael Roberts helped to establish the Lewis Latimer Fellowship Program in 2021.
