For those suffering with afflictions, I wish you that 2024 brings you hope for a wonderful year.  Hope for a better day ahead is what can keep an individual healthy from both a physical and mental perspective. 

In regards to those individuals suffering from spinal cord injury, the future is looking brighter due to incredible advances in technology.  The advances in decompression surgery performed by Dr. Michael Fehlings have contributed to my significant recovery. Whether the advances result in the mitigation of the injury or ideally resolving the injury, the number of projects in progress are remarkable. I am personally involved in a number of the projects and I hope that even if it might not work for me, it will work for future sufferers from spinal cord injury. I will report on those projects that appear most promising. The one to keep a close eye on is NervGen Pharma Corp. and their Phase 2 trials that are currently in progress.
