NEWS - We have an exciting update about cultivated meat tastings - we can now reveal we have submitted our dossier to the independent Expert Committee, launched by the Cellular Agriculture Netherlands Foundation (CANS) on behalf of the Dutch Government, to request to hold our first tastings in the Netherlands. 
 
CANS has been instrumental in working with the Dutch Government to introduce the right frameworks to allow tastings in the Netherlands.  
 
This is a landmark moment for Meatable. We’re delighted to have the opportunity to host tasting sessions in our home country shortly. Once we get the green light from the committee, we will implement the first approved tastings at our HQ.

EVENT – We had an incredible time at the 2024 ICR Conference, marking our first introduction to the U.S. market.
 
Having met with over a dozen key investors, analysts and media within the industry, we’re more confident now than ever in our plans to expand to the U.S. and globally.
 
We also had the opportunity to host a fireside chat, where our CTO and Co-founder Daan Luining and CCO Caroline Wilschut  educated the crowd about our differentiated #cultivatedmeat and mission to pioneer a new frontier in food - one cell at a time.
 
What a fantastic week and a great start to a disruptive year ahead.

NEW NATURAL - As the holiday season unfolds and a new year approaches, we’re taking the time to reflect on an amazing year at Meatable, marked by remarkable achievements. This year alone, we achieved $35 million in new funding, three exciting product tastings in Singapore and a groundbreaking technological accomplishment when we can now create real meat sausages from cells in only 8 days. Not only this, but we recently inaugurated our new office in Leiden, doubling our space to support our plans to further scale up! 
 
There has also been positive regulatory news industry-wide with the US announcing the green light for the first cultivated meat sales and the Netherlands has put in place a framework to enable tasting events. We hope to see more positive developments in the future, including that our products will be enjoyed shortly in Singapore.
