People often ask about my motivations for doing this. 

One, I love meeting new people because I get to learn a new perspective. That’s how I come up with new ideas and strategies by mixing and matching things that I come across. 

Two, I love piecing puzzles. Oftentime I come across good ideas, products, and services that could augment what I m currently doing or help other organizations. If I believe in it then I can facilitate its growth, but I need to fully understand it and see value in it. 

And third, I hope that by converging different areas of healthcare (provider, payors, all types of healthcare support vendors, tech) we can contribute to being a catalyst to something new. New projects, innovations, etc to further healthcare. This is largely the reason for why I want to do this.

Medical imaging has a profound impact on public health and can potentially reduce up to 70-80% of diagnostic problems. However, getting timely access to imaging services is a bottleneck in our healthcare system that often leads to patients not seeking the services they need and ultimately in poorer patient outcomes. Medmo makes medical imaging accessible through its marketplace platform. The company partners with hundreds of local high-quality diagnostic centers that provide MRIs, CT scans, PET scans, mammograms, ultrasounds, etc. at negotiated favorable rates.
