Basically, it’s a standard specifically for market researchers that lays out processes for running projects that are transparent, consistent, and error-free. Really, it helps hold us accountable to the way we want to run projects. It's been a ton of work, but we're super proud to be one of only four companies in the U.S. dual-certified in both ISO 20252 and ISO 27001! 🏅 At the end of the day, if we’re not delivering high quality data, nothing else matters.
