Join our team at Metro Offices as an Area Center Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in the operations of our vibrant shared office space. Your main tasks will include ensuring high customer satisfaction, providing administrative support, and fostering community connections through events and social media engagement. Expect responsibilities such as café upkeep, assisting leadership, managing daily operations, and maintaining the overall appearance of the center. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for our community members and guests. Manage café supplies, Office supplies, and maintain meeting rooms. Support the executive team and aid in all sales efforts. Handle opening and closing procedures and support the billing process. Distribute mail and communicate with building management regarding client needs. Qualifications: At least two years of professional office experience. Strong communication skills and a background in customer service or sales. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. College experience is preferred.
