Built-in 2020, the First Health Parking Garage provides parking for patients, visitors, and staff at the hospital in Pinehurst, NC. The garage has two elevated levels of precast concrete and gives the hospital approximately 300 new parking spaces with floor-to-floor access. Metromont’s Greenville and Spartanburg manufacturing facilities produced 68,521 SF of precast concrete for this project.
