The third Monday of the year is often associated with the most depressing time, marked by gloomy weather, the end of festive December celebrations, and the anticipation of a distant payday. It can feel like a rather "empty" and blue month.

At Mindful Chef, we've decided to put a positive spin on the Blue Monday concept, introducing Purple Monday for the third consecutive year. This time around, our people team and Mental Health First Aiders organised a delightful well-being breakfast for the whole team at MC HQ. We took the opportunity to reflect on our own well-being and shared the things we were all eagerly looking forward to in 2024.

After all, a smile and a shared moment of joy can be the perfect antidote to any shade of blue! 💙
