Key to Mithra’s operations is our core asset estetrol (E4). Estetrol is the active ingredient in two of our innovative products, ESTELLE® and the investigational DONESTA®. It is a natural estrogen produced by the fetus during pregnancy. 

Estetrol has a unique mode of action that results in an improved benefit/risk profile compared to other currently available estrogens. We believe it represents a major breakthrough in women’s health.
