Numbers matter. Fewer than 50,000 votes would have given President Trump a second term. A single stadium filled with voters making a different choice and we would be living in a very different world. 

The 2024 presidential election, with its democracy-defining stakes, is likely to be equally close. Most polls show support for Biden and Trump to be within the margins of survey error - which means it’s also within the margin of effort.  The critical question right now is what efforts will yield results.

We are launching a political tactic incubator and hiring a Vice President of Political Innovation to incubate political experiments and oversee new political programs. We’ll explore a large number of possible out of the box innovations that can be measured, analyze them for potential impact, then prioritize and run experiments to persuade, mobilize or register votes to stop Trump. We’ll invest millions of dollars in scaling the most successful experiments. 

We’re seeking someone to help the CEO manage that process alongside our exceptional 6-staff Research and Experiments team.
