Franco Colapinto’s talent accelerated at MP Motorsport, allowing him to make a name with Williams Racing in Formula 1. This happened so quickly, they barely had time to spell his name correctly, leading to a brief mix-up where he was called 'Colopinto'. But make no mistake, no matter how you spell it, his talent is unmistakable.

We’re extremely proud that Franco Colapinto will drive for Williams Racing for the remainder of the Formula 1 season, starting this weekend in Monza Franco joined MP in 2020 with the FRECA team, and has since driven with us in Formula 3 and Formula 2 during the 2021, 2023 and 2024 season.
