Issei grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and risk-takers. This upbringing instilled in Issei a love of innovation and a willingness to take risks.
After graduating from college, Issei worked as a software engineer at a manufacturing firm. However, he was always fascinated by robotics and wanted to create a company that could revolutionize the way robots were used. In 2012, he co-founded Mujin with renowned robotics expert Ross Diankov, who is now the CEO of Mujin US.

Mujin's mission is to make robots smarter and more capable. The company has developed a unique technology that allows robots to learn and adapt to their environment in real time. This technology has been used to automate a wide variety of tasks, including assembly, packaging, and inspection.
