Reflecting on a successful Sustainability Week at Multiples Alternate Asset Management, employees actively participated to promote environment-friendly practices. 

To kick off this drive, we came together to collect E-waste to ensure its proper disposal, highlighting the modern-day crisis caused by improper waste management. Additionally, employees took part in a Carbon Footprint Tracking program, analyzing the environmental impact of their daily activities.

At Multiples Alternate Asset Management, ensuring strong governance and effective compliance is one of our key priorities in the value-creation journey. Keeping this ethos in mind, we organised a 'Compliance Convergence' on June 14th, aimed at equipping our portfolio companies with the knowledge to navigate through the upcoming Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) in India. 
 
The insightful event witnessed an overwhelming response, from our portfolio companies, comprising their Compliance officers, CFOs, IT and Legal heads. We also had legal experts from Khaitan & Co and PwC, as speakers, who delved into the nuances of the DPDPA, providing guidance on data sovereignty regulations. Additionally, Sharayu Jadhav, General Counsel at Acko, and Denise Gardner, Head of Legal, Compliance & Secretarial at Licious, among others shared initiatives taken by their companies on DPDPA implementation. 
 
Participants actively engaged throughout the event, to facilitate a deeper understanding. We remain committed to enable our portfolio companies to always stay ahead of the curve.
