Öresundschark is one of the fastest growing meat processors in Sweden. When it comes to filling the meatballs into the packaging with precise weight accuracy, the family-owned company relies on MULTIPOND. Andersson explains: “We started with a used machine from MULTIPOND, which exceeded our expectations. It was with good reason that we also chose MULTIPOND for the second machine. The machine ran smoothly from day one, which is why we chose MULTIPOND again for the second machine.” ⚖️ The weighing systems include a 14-head weigher and a downstream product transfer system, which is used to weigh various meatballs. The products can be weighed and packaged in either a frozen or fresh state. All product contact parts are 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 and the product properties of the meatballs to ensure a smooth product flow. The entire system is designed for an output of 60 weighings per minute. The target weights are between 350 g and 1,000 g, with the mean value, the decisive criterion for the giveaway, being 0.1% above the target weight. “MULTIPOND always delivers what it promises.
