The company will strengthen the Automotive & Mobility segment as a new platform investment and will be renamed Matikon further to the acquisition.

Fischer Automotive develops, produces and sells kinematic components for vehicle interiors and exteriors, such as air vents, storage compartments, cup holders and charging flaps for electric vehicles. As full-service provider, the company can develop system solutions and modules. The company develops and manufactures the products at its headquarters in Horb am Neckar, Germany, in a state-of-the-art development center and research laboratory, as well as in other plants in the Czech Republic, Serbia, China and the USA, giving the company a global presence at all major production sites in the automotive industry. Thanks to its extensive expertise in plastics processing and its global subsidiaries, fischer Automotive has well-established relationships and direct access to a strong customer base, including well-known OEMs as well as Tier 1 suppliers. With around 1,300 employees, the company expects to generate revenues of around EUR 200 million in the fiscal year 2024.  

The focus in the upcoming weeks and months will be the implementation of operational improvements using Mutares’ best practices as well as the completion of the carve-out from fischerwerke GmbH & Co KG to finalize stand-alone structures and processes. Mid-term target is to further grow the business in the main automotive markets America, China as well as Central and Eastern Europe using the advantages of the existing footprint of the company.

Yesterday Germany's biggest company run, the B2Run, took place at the Olympiastadion in Munich.  
With a group of 30 people, we registered as “Charity-Starters” to not only take part but also support the DKMS by donating 5€ per participant. Besides our runners, we also had a group of supportive colleagues who actively cheered them on. It was a great feeling to do good & take on a somewhat different challenge as a team. In the end, we were able to cover a total distance of 153 km together🏃♀️➡️🏃♂️➡️
After the run, we ended the evening in a relaxed atmosphere at the Tollwood Festival. 
Thanks to the B2Run-Team for the great organization & thanks to our Mutares Munich team for taking part in this event! 
We are already looking forward to next year! 😊

Its customers include corporate and private clients, served through a network of 19 agencies. Repartim group generated revenues of approx. EUR 33 million in 2023 and currently employs approx. 350 employees throughout France.

Following the acquisition of the seller Belron in 2021 and a comprehensive operational improvement program, the service quality has been successfully improved. The acquisition of competitor Sin&Tec gave Repartim access to additional customers.

The company generated revenues of around EUR 50 million in 2023. KmB Technologie develops and produces in small and large series along the entire value chain, focusing on cutting as well as non-cutting machining technologies that enable the production of high-end solutions for a strong customer base, including renowned OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

With its wide range of manufacturing processes and modular production systems for the automotive industry and aluminium processing, KmB Technologie is an ideal addition to the companies in the FerrAl United Group. Synergies are expected in the areas of suppliers, customers and production processes.

Hirschvogel Incorporated will be renamed Walor North America Inc. further to the acquisition.

Based in Columbus, Ohio, USA, the company is a specialist in the forging and machining of steel components with core capabilities in warm forging, cold forging machining and heat treatment. Its broad product range includes pinions, transmission shafts, rotor shafts, yokes and joints, which the company supplies to a wide range of OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. The company generated revenues of approx. EUR 100 million in 2023 with significant growth potential. 

The new acquisition is intended to further expand the FerrAl United Group's forging and machining footprint in the USA and realize cross-selling and production synergies within the Group.

The company was founded in 2002 and currently employs ca. 750 employees.
