We asked him four questions to get to know him better:

🏍️If you had to compare the MyDello team to any sports team, which one would it be and why?

Since I'm more into individual sports, I would say Speedway. MyDello is the Bartosz Zmarzlik of Logistics, and we, the employees, are the mechanics in the pits (office), which helps our star shine.  
Zmarzlik's agility on the track and ability to swiftly adapt to changing conditions, whether it's the track's surface or the moves of his competitors, mirrors the flexibility a logistics company must maintain. In our world, unpredictability is a constant challenge. From sudden changes in weather to unexpected geopolitical events, the ability to quickly pivot and adapt strategies is crucial – adapting, overcoming – is what MyDello does excellently.  

🐣How would you explain your job at MyDello to a 5-year-old?

Imagine you are at a toy store and have to decide how much each toy costs. You have to ensure the price is reasonable so that people still want to buy the toys and not too low so that the store can still make money.   

☄️If you could ship one thing to space with MyDello, what would it be and why? 

It would be either Joel, Magnus, or Siimu—they can decide who will fly out, depending on their schedule. Since they have already done a great job expanding our offices in five countries, a representation on a planet like Mars would be great. But the important part is that we need to get him back. A lot more expansion on Earth needs to be done.

🦸‍♂️If MyDello were a superhero team, what would your superpower be?

A "perfect market insight" includes all market trends, preferences, strategies, and setting optimal pricing on all possible lanes.

Air cargo can be as boring as a brown box or as majestic as a dressage horse. 🐎🛫

Have you ever wondered how the largest of athletes made their way to France this year? Well, if you’d believe the rumours, they took a ride on the Air Horse One. But sadly, no such service exists, so the job of transporting the champions-to-be fell on some very dedicated logistics experts, caretakers, and aircrews.

We’ve yet to organise transportation for a horse, so if you feel like we could use a challenge, get in touch. 👀

🛬 In July, our Chinese Team Leader, Suki, finally had the chance to visit our head office in Tallinn. 
  
The week was filled with lots of meetings and discussions. But there was also time for local tourism.  
 
Suki plays an essential role in ensuring smooth logistics for our clients with their shipments from China. As her team awaits her return at our office in Shenzhen, we are excited to share that our team will be growing next month, granting us the opportunity to even better satisfy our clients’ shipping needs!

Probably "Silicon Valley." This series' backdrop is a startup technology company, vividly depicting the challenges, innovation, and constant pursuit of excellence that technology teams face in their daily work. 

👽 If you could ship one thing to space with MyDello, what would it be and why? 

I would choose a plant seed with strong vitality, as it symbolises life and hope and serves as an important experiment to explore life's adaptability in extreme environments. Observing plant growth in space provides valuable data for future space exploration. It improves our understanding of the cosmic environment's impact on life. Additionally, plants have practical value in space, producing oxygen to enhance spacecraft air quality and serving as a food source for astronauts, enriching their diet and health. Sending plant seeds into space also embodies human curiosity, the spirit of exploration, and respect for life diversity, inspiring interest in science, space exploration, and environmental protection. Therefore, a plant seed with strong vitality offers scientific, practical, and cultural significance, deepening our understanding of life in space and guiding future exploration.

🏎️ If you had to compare the MyDello team to any sports team, which one would it be and why?

MyDello would be similar to an elite F1 racing team like Ferrari. Each member of the MyDello team, like the highly specialised and top-performing athletes in a racing team, brings unique technical backgrounds and expertise. Both teams emphasise teamwork and coordination, with various roles working closely together to achieve optimal performance—racing teams ensuring vehicles complete races efficiently and MyDello solving complex technical problems through collaboration. Additionally, both teams respond quickly and effectively to challenges, constantly learning and innovating to find the best solutions. Therefore, the MyDello team shares many similarities with an elite racing team, highlighting our characteristics and advantages.

🐣How would you explain your job at MyDello to a 5-year-old?

My job is like being a butler. Imagine there are many small packages and goods that need to be transported from one place to another, such as from a store to your home. My job is to help these packages and goods find the fastest route and ensure they arrive at their destination safely and on time. Sometimes, I also need to solve minor problems, such as which package goes first and which package goes later. So, you can say that I am a great steward who helps packages.
