To realize this goal, NAASR has established endowed chairs, professorships, scholarships, fellowships, academic departments, and courses in Armenian Studies at some of the foremost universities in the United States.

NAASR was thrilled to co-host with Harvard University and co-sponsor with many of the leading centers of Armenian Studies in the U.S. the Society for Armenian Studies (SAS) 50th Anniversary conference, “Armenian Studies: Evolving Connections and Conversations,” over the past weekend. It was wonderful to welcome so many outstanding scholars to our Vartan Gregorian Building and to hear their rich and thought-provoking papers and discussions. Congratulations to SAS president Christina Maranci, conference Academic Committee chair Houri Berberian, organizing committee chair Bedross Der Matossian, and all who contributed to this successful conference.
