NeoCity is a technology district in Osceola County, Florida that aims to create a smart city center utilizing smart technology and serving as a showplace for events and performing arts. The district has attracted a significant cash investment from Korean tech billionaire Young-hwa Song, who plans to develop a $1.2 billion mixed-use city center. The development plan includes retail and entertainment hubs, condominiums, and advanced packaging and heterogeneous integration technology facilities. NeoCity is a key part of Osceola County's vision for a more economically diverse community with opportunities for all.

Osceola County is a county rich in history and life.

Created in 1887, Osceola County is a 1,506 square mile area that serves as the south/central boundary of the Central Florida greater metropolitan area.

The city of Kissimmee, the county seat, is 18 miles due south of Orlando. Osceola's other incorporated city, St. Cloud, is 9 miles east of Kissimmee and approximately 45 miles west of the city of Melbourne on the Atlantic coast.

Mike Nichola, the Government Affairs Director in Osceola County, was celebrated as Employee of the Year at the 2023 State of Osceola County. Mike’s contributions have led to securing substantial grant awards for the County, and his dedication and exceptional efforts continue to drive a #FutureForwardOsceola.

Today, for the third year in a row, the Osceola County Commissioners and Valencia College officials announced to seniors across 10 different Osceola County high schools the extension of the Osceola Prosper program for students set to graduate next spring. With this year’s program allocating $8.3 million for tuition, graduates can pursue an A.A. or A.S degree at Valencia College or two years of technical training at  Osceola Technical College on behalf of the Osceola County Commission.
