NEURA Robotics is a German high-tech company founded in 2019 in Metzingen near Stuttgart with the vision to revolutionize the world of robotics. More than 150 team members from over 25 countries are working on advanced technologies in the fields of environmental perception, drive and control technology, material science, mechanical design, and artificial intelligence.

Our goal is to expand the cognitive capabilities of robots and make breakthrough advances in a variety of areas to bring robots and humans closer together, making many areas of work more attractive, creative, and social again. That's why everything we do runs under the guiding principle "we serve humanity".

In a very short period of time, NEURA Robotics has developed robots and technologies that are characterized above all by their outstanding performance as well as safe and human-centred way of working. In this way, a wide variety of application fields can be covered, from intelligent production to medical technology. All major robot components are developed and designed in-house.

Driving growth opportunities: NEURA is strengthening its leadership team and has appointed Dr. Bernd Heinrichs as Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Bernd Heinrichs, previously co-CEO of the robotics company Wandelbots and Executive Vice President at Bosch responsible for digital transformation until 2021, will work alongside founder and CEO David Reger to drive the rapid global growth phase of NEURA Robotics forward.

In his keynote "Cognitive Robotics – Enabling AI to act physically", our CEO and Founder David Reger will talk about the evolution of robots into collaborative systems with cognitive capabilities at the 56th International Symposium on Robotics (ISR Europe September 26-27, 2023) in Stuttgart tomorrow.

Did you see MAV driving around at this year's automatica? 👀 

"Conductor" of the AGV Mesh-Up automatica was SYNAOS GmbH. SYNAOS is an intralogistics software company headquartered in Hannover, Germany, that digitizes and automates intralogistics processes in production sites and logistics centers. Their SaaS solution, the Intralogistics Management Platform (short: SYNAOS IMP), combines innovative AI optimization methods with modern and scalable IT technologies to create operational excellence in intralogistics.

HAHN Automation Group on the other hand provided a battery pack tester for the special show, the HAHN Battery EOLT, which performs a fully automated 100% test of the mobile energy storage units. The success and reputation of electric vehicle manufacturers depend precisely on the safe and flawless functioning of batteries.  

All relevant test scenarios for 90% of battery packs available on the market can be implemented on the end-of-line test system, as the facility is easily scalable to all sizes. Loading is kept as flexible as possible, so that it can be carried out either via a transfer system or - as here at the special show - by means of mobile robots like NEURA Robotics' MAV.
