On August 9th, NexPoint Philanthropies sponsored the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Dallas 19th Annual AMX Clay Shoot at Elm Fork Shooting Sports. NexPoint representatives Cameron Urano, CFA and Keaton Ebner enjoyed a day at the range supporting a good cause. Funds raised at this event benefit the “Bigs Outdoor Mentoring Program,” which works towards creating opportunities for their BIGS Outdoors Initiative of providing activities to bring excitement and education about the great outdoors.

State leaders, life sciences companies, economic development organizations and academic institutions gathered for a first-of-its-kind statewide conference to discuss education and workforce initiatives, technology transfer, commercialization efforts and industry innovation and growth across the state.
