Bradley Schaufenbuel is currently Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Paychex. He has over 27 years of information security experience, with the last 19 in leadership roles at companies within the financial services and technology industries. 
 
With a strong history of advising cybersecurity startups, thought leadership engagements, and industry awards, Bradley finds great interest in application security, data security, and threat intelligence spaces.
 
Bradley holds twenty-five professional designations in a variety of areas including information security management, IT compliance, fraud examination, and many more.
 
Bradley has served as a director on several boards, has written several books and articles, and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. He was named the Chicago CISO of the Year in 2018 and as one of the Top 100 CISOs for 2023 by Cyber Defense Magazine.
 
Having enjoyed an incredible career in the information security field, Bradley feels “it is his duty” to foster the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
