It also provides homewares and accessories, and ready furniture's; plastic chairs and mattresses; and polyproplyne structured boards, which is used in construction, automotive, steelworks, furniture, F&B, advertising, décor, and logistics industries for protection, packaging, printing, and paneling. The company operated 19 retail stores under the @home brand name, as well as approximately 70 Nilkamal furniture Ideas stores. The company sells its products through retail stores, dealers' outlets and institutions, and online shopping sites. It also exports its products to approximately 30 countries. We recently hosted an inter-collegiate business competition, which aimed at getting students to apply management theory in a real-life Business Case Study. The focus of the competition was on Product Strategy, New Business Viability and Go to Market plan, aimed at harnessing innovative & creative ideas of the next generation as they prepare to enter the corporate world. We had an amazing journey shortlisting 3 best Teams from 15 colleges across the Country. Each of the Teams were mentored and given relevant business inputs by the functional teams, to ensure there is sufficient handholding and guidance provided to the students. The students got a real time experience in analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities and developing go-to-market strategies. They demonstrated amazing confidence and collaboration while presenting to the leadership very creative product and marketing ideas. We at Nilkamal were truly impressed by the talent on display! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in this event and made this initiative a big success.
