Fabricated and welded 374 units across seven configurations for the automotive industry! Each assembly included two beams, one with machined holes. We utilized a collaborative robot to assist with fabrication and welding, then finished the cover plates with a two-color coating system.

The area around the drain had been experiencing issues with failing coatings, so we provided surface cleaning, repaired the drain area, and applied a high-performance, chemical-resistant coating designed to protect against the harsh conditions of the acid pit environment ✔ #industrialcoatings #WorkThatMatters

This project was successfully completed through the collaboration of our Repairs & Maintenance and Machining teams! 🙌🏼The slag pins were worn out, so we machined new blocks and welded them back in place to restore functionality. #industrialrepair #teamwork

Our field coatings team recently knocked out this concrete silos project - we started by pressure washing the surface, filled in any big gaps with foam, applied a primer, and then sprayed polyurea on the bottom to prevent leaks. #workthatmatters #industrialcoatings
