Congratulations to our On-Site Manager, Brianna Cordova, on graduating with the 2024 Class of Leadership Sandoval!

She helped spearhead one of the highest-funded service projects in the program's history, revitalizing a 40-year-old local preschool. There was even funding left over to give as a donation to the school.

Brianna's impact on the community is hard to match, and we are excited to see what amazing things she'll do next in her leadership journey!

We're thrilled to announce that Michael Rogholt has joined our team as Business Banking Manager and Senior Vice President! 

With over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, Michael has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams across multiple business lines.  

He spent his early career in retail banking, quickly moving into various leadership roles before transitioning to commercial banking. Michael has expertly managed credit and operational risk for commercial portfolios and built successful teams for decades. He has consistently exceeded financial expectations, actively maintained diverse portfolios, and implemented a strong sales culture.

He has a BBA from Minnesota State University Moorhead and is a graduate of Leadership Albuquerque. Michael also serves on the National Museum of Nuclear Science and History's board of directors.

Michael's passion for exceptional customer service and deepening relationships will bring incredible value to our team. Welcome aboard!

We are excited to welcome Parker Leyendecker to our team as a Commercial Banker! 

Parker is a third-generation New Mexico banker recognized for his strategic insights and exceptional service. He is passionate about helping New Mexico businesses and individuals achieve their financial goals and will manage and grow a portfolio of relationships in his new role.

Before transitioning to banking in 2019, Parker developed a strong foundation in financial management and strategy as a Senior Tax Accountant for a large regional CPA firm. 

Parker is a proud alumnus of the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management, where he earned a BBA and a Master's in Accounting (Tax). He also serves on the New Mexico BioPark Society board and the Risk Management Association, New Mexico Chapter.
