We are excited to attend the #JefferiesHealthcare conference June 7-9 in New York City where our CEO Marina Udier-Blagovic will present on Thursday at 8 am in Track 10. Nouscom AG is a clinical stage biotech developing off-the-shelf and personalized cancer vaccines. It uses a proprietary viral vector platform with capacity to encode for large number of neoantigens to safely and potently harness the power of the immune system. 6 clinical trials are actively ongoing, including a randomized Phase 2 trial of #NOUS-209 for the treatment of MSI-H solid tumors in combination with pembrolizumab, as well as #NOUS-PEV, a personalized cancer vaccines that reported Phase 1 data at American Association for Cancer Research 2023. Nouscom’s cancer vaccines induce potent and durable CD8 T cells, which are recruited to the tumor where they expand, diversify and drive tumor killing (D’Alise et al, #ScienceTranslationalMedicine 2022).

Nouscom is excited to attend the 9th Immuno-Oncology Innovation Forum #Sachs_IOIF on June 2 in Chicago where our CEO Marina Udier-Blagovic will join the panel discussing the future of neoantigen cancer vaccines. Nouscom’s proprietary platform based on viral vectors induces potent and durable CD8 T cell responses. These responses translate into clinical benefit for metastatic cancer patients, as demonstrated in multiple clinical trials (#NOUS-209, #NOUS-PEV released at American Association for Cancer Research 2023, Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) 2022, American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) 2022). CD8 T cells induced by the vaccine are recruited to the tumor where they proliferate and drive tumor killing (D’Alise et al,  #ScienceTranslationalMedicine 2022).

Nouscom announces the publication of a new manuscript on JITC, titled “Vector Aided Microenvironment programming (VAMP): reprogramming the TME with MVA virus expressing IL-12 for effective antitumor activity”, describing how Nouscom’s MVA encoding IL-12 is highly effective in preclinical tumor models resistant to the activity of checkpoint inhibitors, supporting its use as novel and more safe strategy to overcome TME mediated resistance to immunotherapy.
