We are continually generating cost savings and improved productivity for our customers, at the same time, we are also striving for improvements at our own sites. 

For example, within our UK plant, one of the grinding machines was experiencing raceway form errors. It was proving difficult to find the origin of the fault, so we utilised our own Condition Monitoring Team to identify the root cause. Through this approach, we avoided spending time on any unnecessary investigative maintenance and machine down time stripping down good components.

How did we save a customer in the food and beverage industry €13,309? 

Regular bearing failures on a conveyor in an animal feed production plant was leading to costly downtime. It transpired that ingress of hard particles and moisture from process materials was responsible for the failures, and so our recommendation was to replace the standard Self-Lube Units used with Triple-Lip Sealed Units.
