We are actively looking for a highly detail-oriented individual with a strong background in medicinal chemistry to join our Business Development team based out of the award winning Mill SciTech Park, Cambridge, UK.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the creativity to identify new customers and growth opportunities. The position shall require regular travel across Europe, building relationships, writing proposals, acting as a scientific liaison, and managing projects post-contract.

By way of background, the o2h Kickstarter competition was launched in 2022 with an aim of providing a chemistry boost to small molecule-focused biotechnology companies looking forward to supercharge their chemistry efforts to meet their next scientific and funding milestone.
