Congress has passed the ADVANCE Act with overwhelming bipartisan support, marking a significant moment for U.S. nuclear energy. 

At Oklo, we've maintained one of the longest continuous engagements with U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for advanced reactors. We proudly pioneered the custom combined license application for design, construction, and operations. 

This legislation supports our efforts with streamlined NRC licensing, accelerating reviews to 25 months for combined license applications, and reducing fees. It reinforces our commitment to advancing clean energy solutions in this country.
