Every quarter, employees who exemplify our mission, vision, and values are awarded a $500 donation to a charity of their choice. As an award winner, Julissa Sanchez, CPhT chose St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, who’s dedicated to treating kids with cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

Julissa is a Pharmacy Adjudication Specialist at Onco360, and her vast knowledge of the process helps to get claims paid quickly and correctly. She always goes the extra mile when it comes to helping our patients and is even on a first name basis with some. Her positive attitude is contagious, and she is a hard worker who has played an important role in making sure claims are completed, even working overtime when needed. Congratulations Julissa!

Are planning to take an international trip soon? There are a few things you’ll want to consider when planning your trip. Here are a few tips to keep in mind when packing your medication. 

     • Check with your doctor or pharmacist on how to adjust your schedule when switching to a new time zone. 
     • Check with your destination’s embassy to see that your medication is allowed. If not, talk to your doctor about alternatives. 
     • Find out how much medication you’re allowed to bring into the country, there may be a 30-to-90-day supply limit. 
     • Bring a copy of your prescriptions, including the generic names, in case you must refill your medication abroad. Some brand names may not be available.
