Opéra Energie's first acquisition to develop its new business line of energy transition solutions

Less than one year after investing, ORAXYS is delighted to announce the acquisition by Opéra Energie of Efficiencies, an engineering consultancy firm specialised in energy efficiency audits.

This first acquisition paves the way for the diversification of the group’s activities towards energy transition solutions. 

Congratulations for this great achievement to Jean-Sébastien Degouve, Nicolas Chevallier and Julien Teddé, the three co-leaders of Opéra Energie, and to Théo Vasquez, the founder of Efficiencies !

Bpifrance co-invests alongside ORAXYS in this transaction. 

This investment is made by the fund ORAXYS Environment 2, which continues its investment program which started with the investment in Wako SA in August 2022, and by several of its limited partners who co-invest.
