The financing facility is designed to allow financial freedom - including zero down payment options, and designed such that electricity savings from solar are greater than the monthly EMI. Rooftop solar has a payback of just 3-4 years, so once the loan is paid off the system has also paid for itself, and from then on it is free power for the business.
