Orbit Capital is an investment manager that supports tech & tech-enabled scale-ups in the CEE and DACH regions. It offers Growth Equity and Growth Debt financing, through two funds.

Orbit Growth Equity invests in Europe's emerging stars that have reached the scale-up phase and are aiming for global expansion. We issue initial tickets ranging from €8-15 million and currently support four companies: Booksy, MEWS, Preply, and Rohlik.

Orbit Growth Debt offers non-dilutive capital to accelerate the growth of tech companies. We invest €3-7 million per deal in companies boasting an ARR of €3 million. We have supported 10 companies across 15 deals, including Convious, Cloudtalk, Rohlik, ThreatMark, and Twisto Group.

🤝 Jerzy joins us as the Partner at the Orbit Growth Debt I fund. He will oversee the management of the fund from the Warsaw office, together with Lukas Macko in Prague. They will also spearhead the fundraising efforts for Orbit’s second Growth Debt fund, aiming for a capitalisation of €100 million.

📈 He is a seasoned investment professional with 24 years of experience., including the role of the Head of Private Debt and Equity at PZU Group, a leading financial institution in Poland and the CEE region (where he led the debt financing transactions in Allegro and InPost), and work in equity transactions at mBank and Supernova Capital family office and also in corporate debt at Bank Pekao.

💶 Orbit Growth Debt I has facilitated capital for 10 companies across 15 deals, including Convious, CloudTalk, Rohlik Group, ThreatMark, and Twisto Group. It is still active!
