At the last real estate forum (Forum Immobilier), Kim Somers, Director, Market Research and Youness Elhariri, Senior Advisor, ESG were panelists at the "Economic Overview" and "ESG + Innovation = Carbon Neutral?" conferences. They shared their perspectives on the current economic impacts and the place of carbon neutrality & climate change in business decision-making. At the beginning of February, we also hosted a training session for members of the ImmoHEC committee on loan types, financing eligibility criteria, returns & performance, as well as risk assessment and mitigation.
