We’re pleased to announce our Australian agri-subsidiary AustOn Corporation is set to acquire a majority stake in Montague, a leading fruit enterprise in Australia with over 70 years of expertise. 
 
As part of this partnership, Pomona Valley, an Ontario Teachers' subsidiary, will merge with Montague with Scott Montague retaining an ownership stake in the business.
