FourNet has acquired Brighton-based managed service provider and global network specialists 01T. This is FourNet's third acquisition since our investment in 2021.

Yesterday, our team volunteered at the Coffee4Craig Centre in central Manchester. 

Coffee4Craig provides an evening drop-in service supporting homeless people with advice, a home-cooked meal, and access to a medic, shower and barbering service.

It was great to see first-hand the amazing work the team do for homeless people in and around Manchester.

Last year, we exited Veincentre, the UK’s leading clinic specialising in state-of-the-art treatment for varicose veins.

When we met the team in 2019, we were excited by the opportunity to roll out new clinics across the UK, and we were impressed by the management team’s reputation in the market and its focus on quality of care.

We exited the business after three years, with a revenue increase of 180% throughout the investment. We did this by opening 15 new clinics, enhancing and professionalising the digital marketing strategy and investing in the team.
