Parques Reunidos is one of the leading global operators of regional leisure parks and one of the three truly global leisure park operators.

After 50 years in the sector, we now operate a well-diversified portfolio of over 50 leisure centers (theme parks, zoos and marine parks, water parks, indoor entertainment centers and other attractions), spread out over various countries across Europe, North America and Australia. Our asset diversity has placed us as the second-largest leisure park operator in Europe and the eighth-largest leisure park operator worldwide.

Overall, our parks received a total of approximately 20 million visitors in the financial year ending on September 30th, 2016, a number that materializes the success of our three-format business model:  operation of fully-owned parks, operation of third-party parks, and consultancy for park developers.

As every year, our Spanish park, SELWO AVENTURA, has celebrated the 'Dreamnight' event, in support of associations and families with children facing chronic illnesses or diverse abilities.
With a dedicated staff volunteers, they enjoy a private visit to the zoo, learn about the animals, interact with goats and enjoy songs and activities throughout the tour.
Additionally, after the visit, they will be able to enjoy a picnic, games, gift distribution and a souvenir photo to remember this unforgettable day.

The CPSG (Conservation Planning Specialist Group) stands under the IUCN umbrella (International Union for the Conservation of Nature).
Through education and conservation projects, the IUCN promotes the creation of a commission that would establish the ground rules and would overlook the implementation of handling guidelines for ex-situ conservation programs. Parques Reunidos, through our Fundación Parques Reunidos, collaborates with the CPSG in global conservation programs to safeguard threatened species on which the IUCN is focusing by adopting certain measures.

Our Spanish park, Parque de Atracciones de Madrid, is expanding its dining options with the addition of the first Burger King restaurant.
Located next to the iconic Star Flyer ride, visitors can now enjoy Burger King's signature burgers while also experiencing the adrenaline and fun of their favorite attractions, making the park experience complete.

With the release of 5 specimens into the sea, the Caretta Turtle Conservation Project at Selwo Marina advances, in collaboration with the Junta de Andalucía and Asociación Chelonia. 
During this phase, a facility has been created to meet the needs of this unrecoverable species of Caretta Turtles, participating in the incubation, care of the hatchlings, and their reintroduction into the marine environment. 
This pioneering program includes the development of educational and awareness programs for visitors to Selwo Marina. 
Agostina Duckwitz Guidoni, from the Conservation Department at Selwo Marina, shares her experience with this project.

At Parques Reunidos we are committed to the responsible use of water resources across our parks through effective water management practices.
A great example is Movie Park Germany GmbH, which has been implementing an eco-friendly watering schedule since 2022.
By watering the park’s green areas at night, we minimize water loss due to evaporation that occurs during the day, thereby reducing overall water consumption.
Additionally, the park uses groundwater instead of potable water for irrigation.
