We are delighted to announce the appointment of Clive Kirkpatrick  to our Global Executive team as Head of Operational Fulfilment. This appointment signals our commitment to developing the Pepper Advantage Hubs, which provide offshoring options for clients and businesses, helping them grow their teams and operations remotely and efficiently. 
 
With over 30 years of experience in banking and financial services, Clive has worked in management positions at St George Bank and the Yellow Brick Road Group and serves as a Director of Bula Outsourcing Pty Ltd and Deputy Chair of the Finance Brokers Association of Australasia.  
 
As Head of Operational Fulfilment, Clive will lead the development and growth of Pepper Advantage’s global offshoring centres, currently in Fiji and Indonesia. He is very familiar with our operations, having been appointed as non-executive Director of our Pepper Advantage Hubs in November 2022.

In Memoriam - Cameron Small 

We are very saddened by the passing of Cameron Small, the former CFO and Group Director of Pepper Financial Services Group. Cameron was not just an executive at Pepper, he was a beloved member of the team who played an integral role in developing the company into the global credit management firm and consumer lender that it is today. His legacy will continue to live on, and his contributions to the company will never be forgotten.

Cameron's dedication and expertise helped Pepper to expand its reach to countries spanning Australia, New Zealand, UK, Europe and Asia. He was instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that led to the success of Pepper including supporting the growth of Pepper Advantage since its inception in 2011.

On a personal note, Cameron was a true professional who always brought his best to the job. Beyond that, he was a kind and caring individual who helped others achieve their personal goals. His contributions to our team and the industry will always be remembered, and he will be missed dearly. 

Our thoughts are with his family during this difficult time. Cameron's legacy at Pepper will continue to live on, and his dedication and hard work will be remembered by all who knew him.

Our Credit Intelligence model leverages real-time data of over 100,000 UK mortgages and over 1 million annual payment transactions to analyse trends in the UK market across the Pepper Advantage portfolio.

Our Q3 report provides unique insights into subsets of the UK market, where we're seeing the effects of financial pressure on borrowers flowing through to higher arrears. In Q3, the arrears rate climbed 7.0% quarter-on-quarter and 23.3% year-on-year to reach yet another post financial crisis high. 

Pepper Advantage's data also shows variations across product time, region, and age group for the UK market over time.

Auluck has more than 20 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, leading digital innovation strategies at global banks including UBS, Barclays, HSBC and NatWest. Most recently, he served as Head of Strategic Projects at Pepper Advantage and drove the creation of new software and AI platforms for the company.
