Hargreaves Lansdown... ganz schlechte Governance. Das Übernahmeangebot für unser Portfolio Unternehmen #HargreavesLansdown wurde erhöht. Das PE Konsortium bietet nun GBP11,40 für das Unternehmen. Unserer Ansicht nach, wird Hargreaves damit immer noch deutlich unterbewertet. Das Forward KGV von ca. 17 ist in Anbetracht der Marktstellung, der Wachstumschancen, historischer Multiples und der Peer Bewertung erheblich zu niedrig. Auch der Umstand, dass Aktionäre im nicht-börsennotierten Unternehmen investiert bleiben können (max. 35%), hinterlässt einen faden Beigeschmack, denn dieses Angebot wird sich wohl hauptsächlich an die beiden Gründer #PeterHargreaves und #StephenLansdown (zusammen ca. 25% der Aktien) richten. Kein Wunder also, dass das Unternehmen die Offerte unterstützt.
