The PGA TOUR, headquartered in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, co-sanctions more than 130 tournaments on the PGA TOUR, PGA TOUR Champions, Korn Ferry Tour, PGA TOUR Latinoamérica, Mackenzie Tour-PGA TOUR Canada and PGA TOUR Series-China. Members on the PGA TOUR represent the world’s best players, hailing from 29 countries and territories (93 members are from outside the United States). Worldwide, PGA TOUR tournaments are broadcast to 212 countries and territories in 23 languages. Virtually all tournaments are organized as non-profit organizations to maximize charitable giving. 

In 2019, tournaments across all Tours generated a record $204.3 million for local and national charitable organizations, bringing the all-time total to more than $3 billion. Giving back to where it all began.

Patrick Rodgers had the opportunity to give back to the Indianapolis Junior Golf Foundation thanks to the RSM US LLP Birdies Fore Love competition.

“I’m grateful to support the Indianapolis Junior Golf Foundation through the RSM Birdies Fore Love program,” said Rodgers. “As a kid growing up in central Indiana, the Indy Junior Golf Foundation is where I first started playing in competitive golf tournaments. I learned many valuable lessons, both on and off the course, and my hope is that this donation will allow other kids to get started in the game.”

Today we joined forces with Hunger Fight for a food packaging event in our Global Home Atrium!
 
THE PLAYERS Championship team led this charitable event as part of its commitment to providing 11,500 meals for New Town neighborhood children at risk of weekend hunger.
 
Employees helped with food packing and sorting, and THE PLAYERS team handed out some free swag as a thank you 😄

As we approach Veterans Day, we are honored to share the story of Miranda R. who served in the Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer. Miranda did two deployments to the Middle East and Russia while serving from 2013-2022.

Miranda is now the Public Relations Manager for the THE PLAYERS Championship, and has gone from driving warships in the Middle East to driving golf carts in Ponte Vedra. 

Thank you for your service, Miranda and all of our Veterans, and Happy Veterans Day.

Introducing the 2024 PGA TOUR Americas schedule.

The inaugural 16-event season, which will span across Latin America, Canada and the United States, will see players compete for Korn Ferry Tour membership and the coveted Fortinet Cup.

We are thrilled with the hard work and dedication displayed by our PGA TOUR Pathways staff to help us reach this point, and we are looking ahead as the inaugural season approaches in March 2024.

Tom Hoge x RSM US LLP's Birdies Fore Love program ❤️

There is continued momentum for our Pathway to Progression program, which aims to achieve greater diversity in golf through increased focus on developing talent from diverse and historically underrepresented groups. 

In September, Bridgestone Americas became the presenting sponsor of the Bridgestone Collegiate Development Program, a part of the PGA TOUR’s Pathway to Progression.

This week, Bridgestone unveiled the field for the inaugural Bridgestone HBCU Invitational, a 54-hole team and individual stroke play event at TPC Sugarloaf in Duluth, Georgia. The tournament is an element of the Bridgestone Collegiate Development Program.

In addition to the development camp at TPC Sawgrass for both winners, the men’s champion will earn an invitation to the Bridgestone Collegiate Invitational, set for March 24-26, 2024, at Silverado Country Club in Napa, California. The tournament will feature top-level NCAA Division 1 men’s golf programs and HBCU schools along with high-ranking individual golfers from underrepresented communities in golf. Korn Ferry will award the winner with an exemption into a 2024 Korn Ferry Tour event to be announced at a later date.

When Tony Finau made it onto the PGA TOUR, he and his wife, Alayna, committed to giving back underserved neighborhoods like Rose Park - where he grew up in Utah.

With this objective in mind, Tony and Alayna started the Tony Finau Foundation in 2015. The organization focuses in the areas of education, healthcare, wellness and recreation. They equip kids in those communities with the resources and basic items needed to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

Thanks to the RSM US LLP Birdies Fore Love program, Finau had the opportunity to contribute additional funds to his charitable organization.

The PGA TOUR and DraftKings Inc. has held the official ceremonial ribbon cutting of the DraftKings Sportsbook at TPC Scottsdale!

The DraftKings Sportsbook is the first of its kind to open at a PGA TOUR tournament location, as TPC Scottsdale is home to the iconic WM Phoenix Open ... The exciting new destination combines world-class golf with a premier sportsbook, giving Scottsdale residents and visitors an unmatched entertainment and dining experience any time of the year.

Construction began on the 13,000 square-foot space in May 2022. The spacious and custom-designed interior includes state-of-the-art technology offering 32 betting kiosks, 3,400 square-feet of video walls and six ticket windows. Ample lounge seating and VIP spaces in the gaming area offer guests the option to socialize and watch live sports action.

The sportsbook will officially open to the public at 10 a.m. MT on Friday, Oct. 20.
